We ventured up to Rfield yesterday afternoon and had a great time.

Miles followed his Uncle and Auntie around the house, explored the babies' bedroom, bounced on Charlie and Aunshhhie's bed, and was determined to climb the steep stairs (to the upper level of the home) at least 167 times...maybe 168. We tried using a chair to block the bottom of the stairs just so the adults could get a break from chasing Miles up and down, but he quickly learned that if he just scooted the chair off to the side, he could gain access to the stairs once again. Sigh. They need a baby gate. Pronto.
Auntie Aunshhhie used the bathroom several times throughout the afternoon - to be honest with you, I'm surprised she didn't just spend the day in there. I can only imagine the pressure two babies put on her poor, poor bladder.
Anyway, I think Miles got concerned because at one point he went running to the bathroom after her. Unfortunately for him, she shut the door...so he proceeded to pound on it and yell "Aunshhhie? Aunshhhie?" What a sweet little nephew. I told her if she let him in, he'd probably stand right next to her and rub and kiss her thighs. It's odd what children do in the bathroom.
This is odd, too.

But this is cute. Belly??? What belly?!

After an afternoon of playing, we went to Chipotle for supper. Mmmmm! Miles looks like a big eater here, but not much more than the tortilla made it down the hatch. Some day he'll learn that you don't skimp at Chipotle.

Miles said a few parting words to his baby cousins and then it was time to head back to Otown.
We miss Uncle Charlie and Auntie Aunshhhie a lot and look forward to next weekend with them...the Lead Cousin (Hannah, of course) will be making an appearance, too! YAY!!

Looks like a fun time was had by all. It's sweet that Miles worries about Angie going to the bathroom. Or whatever it is he's worried about when she disappears.
Enough of this word verification stuff. Now I've got "shexchic". Is it okay to write it on a blog?
Thanks for visiting! Next time I expect Miles to just jump right into that window well without me. :)
My word verification is "humborp." That's just funny.
It was fun to have you guys over for the afternoon! Miles is quite the little explorer.
On a side note, the pictures clearly indicate that black is very slimming.
i'm glad callum isn't the only toddler who behaves in weirdly affectionate ways even when a parent is trying to use the bathroom. looks like a fun visit. meanwhile, on saturday, i was having a nice chat with your mom at tiffany's shower:)
Looks like a fun time was had by all! It's nice of Miles to show Angie & Charlie what they'll need to do to babyproof the house!
How in the heck did Angie find a jacket that actually zips around that belly?!
p.s. To follow suit, my word verification is "revight"... is that what you do if you invite someone to a party and don't get a reply?
