Brothers.

Caught on camera... Miles helping his baby brother. And Weston letting him!

Oh Miles...

Miles got a new book today -- hot off the shelf of the Kids Korner book fair. It's called Charlie the Ranch Dog and is super cute. Miles was excited to read it. I was excited to read it. Tanner was excited to read it! Westy was sleeping, but I'm sure he would have been excited too.

We snuggled up around 8pm, I turned on my best Charlie the Ranch Dog voice, and we got busy reading.

About 5 pages into the story Miles stopped me and said, "Mom...please read it regular. I don't want you to use a funny voice anymore. Just read it regular."

Booooooo.

No. Fun. Allowed.

Usually Miles is all about the silly voices and animated story telling, but not tonight. He was all business and wanted to really focus on Charlie and his ranch dog responsibilities. I'll try again another night. Wish me luck.
