Miles J. Grimmius, MD

An evil auntie thought Miles was going to be a pimp for halloween. And an evil uncle suggested throwing a garbage bag over Miles and calling it good. Am I really related to those two people?! Geesh. I'm a little concerned about how Hannah and Da Boyz are going to survive halloween this year. At least they will all be together; there's strength in numbers, you know.

Anyway, I present to you the youngest and most handsome doctor in Owatonna:

We had a blast at the halloween party last night! All sorts of friends were there, although we had a hard time recognizing them.

Ava was a shy kitty cat.

Lauren was a BEAUTIFUL princess.

Claire was the cutest and pinkest monster on the block.

Here are all of the kids plotting out a scary night... You can see that Kennedi arrived as a very pretty witch (and a very busy witch who wouldn't stand still for a picture). Gabriella came ready to cheer on the team of toddlers.

There were lots of great activities for the kids to do. We made candy necklaces -

painted pumpkins -

climbed on fences -

and laughed at Claire as she ate supper (but kept her moster suit protected).

The kids also helped break a couple of pinatas. We really could have used Hannah's help singing the pinata song...

....and maybe her help directing Miles where to find the candy. Oh well. Some day he'll learn.

A special thanks to the Deschler family for letting us join in all of the halloween fun! Here's to a spooky night for the trick-or-treaters next weekend. BOO!

The youngest and most handsome doctor in Owatonna appears to have had a very fine time at the party. Lots of adorable friends joined in the fun!

That evil auntie and nasty uncle have kids of their own....I can't imagine you'd be so mean as to suggest pimps and garbage bags for THEIR costumes!

OMG... a PINATA, haven't you ever watched America's Funniest Home Videos??!!
The party looks like a huge success and fun for the kids as well as the parents. David

Grandpa Dave -- yes, we've definitely seen the pinata mishaps on AFV! One of the first kids to swing the bat actually hit a lady in the butt. It was hilarious, and (unfortunately) the closest we came to a scene worthy of being sent in to the show.
