I figured out a good way to paint...marry someone with a dad who likes painting. It's great! I left for work this morning and when I came home, Baby G's room was painted a pretty "gravity" color (gray-like), and our hallway and part of the living room were decked out in "urban gold".
Tanner helped out after work and they got even more of the living room done - hooray! The rest will be completed on Saturday, with more complete pictures to follow.
p.s. Sorry for the ugly layout...I still can't figure out how to get text and photos to cooperate in Blog land.

I think you're right--the only way to get painting done is to have someone in the family who loves to do it. Does Dave hire out to relatives of relatives?
